Commission

Accepting Commissions Jan 11-18th 2026

Please fill out the commission form fully including your mailing address. You will hear from us within a week of the form closing if you are selected. If your commission is selected, please have your down-payment ready to send, and a DTD ready within the next couple of weeks.
We require a 30% nonrefundable down-payment for all masks, bodysuits, partials and full costumes. Parts and refurbishes require full payment up front. If your commission is approved, you will get an expected completion date of your project a few days after being selected. We will not begin your commission until we have received your down-payment. You will be expected to pay your down-payment within 72 hours of Primal Roots sending your invoice. Please be prepared, or we may not be able to accept your commission.
Primal Roots selects projects based on our ability and material availability. If you are not selected, please do not feel discouraged, there will be more opportunities. We open regularly in January and June. Thank you!
